HQT Homes at Alta Vista South (AVS) is located in the City of Placentia adjacent to the Alta Vista Country Club. The entire AVS project consists of 213 homes on an approximate 36-acre site near the corner of Alta Vista Avenue and Rose Drive. There are 3 individual communities including:
Biscayne - These homes ranged in square footage from 1,935 square feet to 2,456 square feet.
HQT acquired this site as raw land, processed a new map through the City of Placentia, graded the entire site and installed all dry and wet utilities along with all other site development activities.
