Founders Park was a 123 lot project also located in the City of Placentia at the corner of Alta Vista Avenue and Kraemer Blvd. HQT developed two products at this site, including:
The Maples - 78 homes with square footage ranging from 1,935 square feet to 2,342 square feet.
This site was acquired as raw land and remapped and developed by HQT. These homes were built during 1997, 1998 and 1999.
